General announcements are made here (10:00-21:00).
Simultaneous interpretation service in English, Chinese and Korean is available.
You can also make an announcement for a lost child or free-rental of strollers and wheelchairs.
The TV phone for interpretation service is located at the information counter. The interpreter on the video monitor will translate your message or question spoken in a foreign language or sign language into Japanese for the staff at information counter.

Your purchases will be exempted from taxes, if you show your passport at the time of purchase at 18 stores below.

Nursing rooms are located on B1 and the 3rd floor.
Each room provides warm water and tables for diaper change.
Coin lockers are located at two places on B1 floor and one on the 1st floor. Charge varies by locker size (from 300 yen to 800 yen). Usage hours; 7:00 to 24:30
